About Jennifer
I delight in making handmade porcelain ware for the contemporary home. Wheel work with heavy altering result in a highly sculptural, functional treasure.
I make anything from textured, tiny planters and figurative mugs to salt and pepper shakers with tons of expression. No two items are ever exactly alike as I do everything from beginning to end entirely by hand in my home studio in the gorgeous mountains of Asheville, North Carolina.
Having found clay in 1989 in Haywood Community College, there was no escaping the draw of the wheel and the flexibility of the clay, Jennifer changed her major to Art Education.
